"Impressed Beyond Measure"
I’m really impressed! - I purchased a Drayton thermostat back in July last year. Everything was fine until last December when it started acting up with the daily program. I reached out to Drayton / Schneider, and they informed me it was defective and advised me to send it back to HCO. I then got in touch with Heating controls online and got a reply in less than an hour, suggesting it was likely a bit of a quirky 'feature' related to the 'Eco / delayed start function' in the service settings - which turned out to be true. Their customer service is top-notch - absolutely first class. I’ll surely be using them again in the future.

"Faulty Salus RF Thermostat Experience"
I purchased a Salus RF thermostat along with a receiver back in November 2022. After roughly a month, the screen on the thermostat started freezing up. I reached out to Heating Controls through email, detailing the issue. They responded right away. All I had to do was fill out a quick form, and they sent a replacement in less than 24 hours. I've ordered from them twice now, and both times the service has been top-notch. If you're in the market for heating parts, I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with Heating Controls online.

Awesome shopping experience - I managed to locate the perfect part when my central heating went kaput and I couldn't get the piece nearby.

"Unhelpful when it comes to tech issues"
It's all good if your item works fine, but if you run into any tech troubles, don’t expect much help. My question got me some pointless email replies and zero actual support.

Honestly believed this company was worthy of a positive review! I placed an order for a Danfoss actuator on Monday, and it showed up Tuesday morning. It's already installed and functioning great! "Unbelievable customer support"
Unbelievable customer support. I ordered a couple of thermostats, and when they arrived, they were not just faulty but also out of the manufacturer's warranty. Danfoss confirmed the issue after their inspection. I sent the items back, only to discover they deducted money from my refund, claiming I had the wrong stats for my setup. They ignore emails, are dishonest, and sell defective products. Stay away from them!

"Got myself a Siemens RDJ100 thermostat..."
I got a Siemens RDJ100 thermostat from Heating Controls Online. It was a bit of a challenge to configure it for one temperature in the mornings and a slightly warmer one for the evenings. The online help was top-notch. Fast, courteous, and effective. Next time I need anything related to central heating, I’ll be heading straight to this company.

"Top-notch customer interaction and support"
Superb customer interaction and guidance through email. I ordered the suggested parts, and they showed up the next business day, even though I only chose 'standard' delivery. I got more advice through email, and the replies were consistently fast, on point, and useful. The kit performed just as I needed. I really can't find anything to complain about.

"My Experience with the Salus IT500BM Thermostat"
I got myself a Salus IT500BM thermostat and paid £2.99 for delivery, which was supposed to take 3 to 10 days. To my surprise, it showed up the very next day, thanks to Fed Ex. Really great service!

"Can't believe the negative feedback on..."
I really can't wrap my head around the bad feedback on this site. I thought they were fantastic—had the item available, the price was right, and they got back to me super fast when I had a question. Plus, the item showed up a day ahead of schedule, and that’s saying something with a bank holiday in the mix. I'll definitely be using them again!

"Product malfunctioning, my negative review got blocked."
I purchased a single zone underfloor heating unit from this company. Sadly, the quality is lacking: it required some packing from the wall using 10mm spacers to avoid the pump body.
More crucially, it just doesn’t function. The mixer valve's temperature control is erratic and not dependable. I've gone back and forth multiple times via email and phone trying out their suggestions, but nothing has worked.
What really gets under my skin is that I submitted a negative (yet fair and balanced) review about the product on their site a few days ago, and they haven’t let it go live yet.

"Terrible customer service after paying for next day delivery!"
I paid for next day delivery, but it showed up two days late. The response I got while trying to track my parcel and asking to cancel was just not good. Now, I'm left with no replies about returning the item for a refund. This awful service cost my business a job.
